Horizon Datacom Solutions, Inc. an Inc 500 Company, is looking for network hardware technicians to join our testing and maintenance lab at our Columbus headquarters.

We are currently interviewing for junior technical positions. Cisco certification is a big plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Test a wide variety of networking equipment to ensure proper functionality.
2. Assist sales staff in helping customers determine correct equipment for networking needs.
3. Assist the logistics staff in receiving equipment, including breaking down pallets, and staging equipment to prepare for testing.
4. Other duties as assigned.
5. Regular, punctual and consistent attendance.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
-Strong and demonstrated computer networking knowledge.
-Demonstrated ability to provide basic Cisco technical support. CCNA preferred.
-Strong computer skills including solid working knowledge of Windows, Outlook & Office.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to work independently as well as function successfully within a team
-Ability to lift at least 75lbs.
-Solid multi tasking and detail orientation skills
