Details for "Intro to High Impact Leadership Workshop - Exploring Level 5"
Effective leadership is the most important ingredient affecting your success. Studies have shown that executives who test at the "Level 5" Leadership level have effected significant transformations in their organizations when compared to those who test at earlier levels. Through a proprietary leadership workshop developed by Metcalf and Associates, you will learn about personal mastery and practice tools; that will allow you and your management team to better guide your organization to positively impact on the bottom line.
What is a "Level 5" Leader?
"Level 5" Leaders, based on Jim Collins book Good to Great, channel their ego needs away from themselves and into the larger goal of building a great organization. It's not that "Level 5" Leaders have no ego or self interest. Indeed, they are incredibly ambitious-but their ambition is first and foremost for the institution, not themselves.
In this Workshop you will:
-
Learn about "Level 5" Leadership and how it helps individuals and organizations succeed
-
Learn how "Level 5" Leadership is measured
-
Learn how to align leaders based on "Level 5"
